DoPusk is in open testing and free for the duration of the tests — all features, no employee limit, no payment card. You pay us with attention: bug reports and ideas that make the product better.
Micro-businesses: free forever
If you employ up to 3 people — DoPusk stays free for you forever. Also after paid plans are introduced, with all features. We count active employees at the same time, in all forms (employment contract, zlecenie, powołanie); former employees in the archive do not count toward the limit.
What comes later — we say it plainly
Yes, for larger teams we plan a paid model once the product matures. Before that happens, we commit to three things:
- 1. We will give notice in advance. A change that may affect the structure of your data will be announced at least 7 days ahead — and data export is always free.
- 2. Your data is yours — always, not just on leaving. At any moment you can export the full set: profiles in a structured format, all generated and archived documents (PDFs with metadata and checksums), the history of deadlines and leave settlements. No export fees, no “contact the sales department”.
- 3. Employee records have statutory retention periods — we respect that. Even if you leave DoPusk, you get your files in a form that lets you keep meeting archiving obligations on your own, without us.
Why this way?
Because we are employers ourselves and we know what vendor lock-in looks like from the client's side. A product that holds you hostage to your own personnel files does not deserve trust — and in HR, trust is everything.
