DoPusk guides the employer through the whole lifecycle of hiring a foreigner and a Pole: from the first conversation to the work certificate. Below — not a list of modules, but answers to the questions you will ask anyway.
“I don't know which documents are needed”
You choose the employment type and the residence basis — DoPusk works out the full set itself: contract, questionnaires, the statement of terms, RODO, PIT-2, the PPK declaration, a medical referral and a dozen more. The whole package is generated from a single employee profile — you enter the data once, and a typo in the passport number becomes impossible. Change the pay and the system shows which documents need an annex.
“My employee doesn't understand Polish forms”
They don't have to. Instead of forms, the employee goes through a friendly interview in their own language (Polish, Belarusian, Ukrainian, English): the system asks in plain words, explains why — and ticks the right boxes in PIT-2 or the PPK declaration itself. You see a ready, consistent profile. The side effect users value most: by talking to the employee about taxes, leave and PPK, the system teaches you those processes too.
“I'm afraid of the deadlines — 7 days here, 14 days there”
The deadline dashboard watches everything at once: residence-card and oświadczenie validity (90/30 days ahead), periodic medicals, BHP, the end of a fixed-term contract, PPK re-enrolment every 4 years, carried-over leave until 30.09, and even the moment the employee's child loses the right to family insurance. The start gate will not let a person begin work until you have ticked the medical, the contract and (with an oświadczenie) the contract copy sent to the authority.
“Legalisation is black magic to me”
DoPusk knows the five labour-market access tracks (EU citizen, free access, the Ukrainian special act, oświadczenie, international protection) and leads the right one. With an oświadczenie it prepares the full data set for praca.gov.pl — ready to copy field by field — and counts down every deadline of the new 2025 act.
“My leave is calculated by Excel and hope”
DoPusk calculates leave seniority from education and employment history (including foreign), tracks the 20/26-day pool, on-demand leave, carried-over leave and requests — and shows every calculation as a legible chain of steps that your accountant can confirm or contest with a single signature.
“What about accounting?”
We take nothing away from it — payroll and ZUS stay where they are. DoPusk hands accounting the full data set for filings (ZUA, ZCNA) in a single PDF, accepts payroll lists from them for the archive and reconciles leave balances. Accounting calculates — DoPusk watches the paperwork and the deadlines.
“Is my data safe?”
Sensitive data (PESEL, passport, bank account) is encrypted at the field level, every look into a profile is recorded in the audit log, documents carry checksums, and electronic signatures (Profil Zaufany) are verified cryptographically. Details: Security.
