About us
We built the tool we needed ourselves
We are immigrants who employ immigrants in Poland. Every document in DoPusk — the oświadczenie, PIT-2, the PPK declaration, the medical referral — we first filled in by hand, for ourselves and our teams. We know this path from the inside: on both sides of the desk.
Where we started
From a simple observation: hiring one person, you rewrite the same data a dozen times into almost identical forms — and then the whole thing lands in a binder nobody knows how to keep to the rules anyway. Polish law has allowed keeping personnel files electronically for years. We set out to build a system where the path to a fully paperless file is built into the architecture from day one: every document carries the required metadata, a checksum and a full history, and exporting the file in the statutory structure is a feature, not a project.
What we deliberately don't do
We don't compete with accounting offices. Payroll, contributions, filings — that is their craft, and let it stay that way. DoPusk handles what offices dislike and don't earn on: HR paperwork, legalisation and deadlines. We give your accountant the data in ready form — and take their results back. The line is simple: accounting calculates, DoPusk keeps watch.
Why both sides should understand the same thing
When HR is handled solely by an outside office, the employer signs documents they do not understand — and the employee gets a form in a language they do not know. DoPusk turns that around: the system talks to the employee about taxes, leave and insurance in their own language — and in doing so explains those processes to the employer as well. Both sides know the same thing and talk about the same thing. The knowledge stays in the company, not with a subcontractor.
Who we build this for
For small and medium companies in Poland — especially those employing people from Ukraine, Belarus and other countries without an HR department. We run the product in four languages (PL / BY / UA / EN), because a person has the right to understand the document they sign. Respect starts with understanding: the employer knows what rights the employee has, and the employee knows what they are signing.
